Features
Tungsten powder and copper powder are sintered and infiltrated copper-tungsten alloy contacts through mechanical mixing and hydraulic forming of tungsten skeleton. Low thermal electron emission capability; high electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, the content of tungsten can vary from 50% to 90% according to different use conditions, and the mechanical and physical properties of the material can be controlled and adjusted by changing its composition ratio.
Integral contacts are made by infiltration welding or integral sintering of tungsten skeleton, mainly used in medium and high voltage circuit breakers, load switches, transformer tap changers and other medium and high voltage electrical switches.
